Raw Creamy Pea Soup

Hankering for a winter soup? Try this highly bioavailable Creamy Pea Soup!

  • 4 Cups fresh peas (thawed, frozen peas ok also)
  • 1/2 Cup of raw cashews
  • 1/2 Cup of small sweet onion
  • 1 Small garlic clove
  • 1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice 
  • 2 Cups warm distilled water
  • 1 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt or to taste

Put everything into a Vitamix. Start on low and move to full high speed blending until creamy. Serve and enjoy.
