Refund policy

We want you to enjoy our snacks as much as we enjoyed making them! Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once they have left our facility. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you if there’s an issue.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send an email to sales@snackssolutions.com with your order number, Return Address, Description of the issue, and clear Photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).

2. Quality Concerns

  • If you believe there is a quality issue with your snack, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • We may request photos, batch numbers, or additional details to investigate the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
    • Change of mind or taste preference.
    • Products were damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
    • Unused damaged product after opening and not sealed properly.
    • Orders reported after the 7-day window.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  •            Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  •            If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@snackssolutions.com

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Return Shipment Details:

  •          If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
