“KEEP IT SIMPLE” Corn Chowder – 4 Ingredients!

Curt’s “KEEP IT SIMPLE” Corn Chowder!


  • 4 cups raw fresh or de-thawed frozen corn
  • 1/2 Clove of fresh garlic (or to taste)
  • 1/4 Vidalya onion
  • 1 Cup distilled water (warm)
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt (or to taste)


Place all ingredients in to a blender and blend on high until you get the desired smoothness or chunkiness of your liking. Usually anywhere from 15 seconds to 60 seconds of blending.
Enjoy with crackers and garnish with parsley
